Stage 1 consisted of an 8 lot ROW construction and sewer pump station to sustain the future development for this site.

The work consisted of deep excavations in excess of 6m deep requiring shoring and shields, navigating saturated soil material through winter months, as well as the pumping of groundwater to lay drainage lines.

MSC have undertaken physical construction works of the wastewater pump station, water supply, general wastewater and stormwater drainage, sediment control planning and 

implementation, large earthworks, cut to fill, cut to waste and Driveway/pavement construction.

MSC worked closely with Engineers and Developer to offer alternative solutions to problems encountered on-site and looked at the practicality of the build and pushed to get minor changes through in stage one to offset costs and issues for stage 2.
