MSC was engaged to build a 9 Lot Subdivision in Tamahere For the Newell Road Partnership.

There were new entranceways to form and the construction of a new right of way to access new lots at the back of the development.

MSC Paver laid 500m3 of basecourse which would have typically been completed using conventional pavement methods (graders) with an innovative approach to enhance production and quality.

The project included service trenches’ / kerbing / surfacing and cut fill operations.
